No response, bad service and no delivery

I have to make a point out of this, I'm very upset with my service from Pet Heaven. This is my 2nd order, the first went well. My order has been standing still with courier services on hold for this company for a week now, I tried calling for 3 days without success. The number goes to a message stating they are on training and please send an email to the support email. I have sent emails without any response back and the courier also can't provide me with details and states I need to get in touch with Pet Heaven. In the meantime, they cost me more money as I am forced to buy my pet's food somewhere else and I have not received any update on my order.
