NO DELIVERY - MONEY LOST????

MORE LIKE HELLLLLL, Zero Stars, please dont use, i am battling for 8 days to get my doggie treats, no news on deliver and I have send many emails, whatsups and tried the "courrier company" no products delivered, when i finally got hold of somebody they say its my fault for not being at the address at night???? its my work address as the last 5 years, they dont know when it will be delivered.... i am worried if i will ever see my Order or my Money, BE VERY CAREFUL !!!!!!! was on hold for 2 HOURS AGAIN to get info on courier company and to have the someone pick up at depot but then they just drop the phone ... soooo sooo sad very unprofessional, MONEY GONE....probably will never see the treats?????
