NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NONE NADA

Ive been buyjng from Petheaven for almost 3 years and lve been very happy with there service untill the past couple of months. lm in a wheelchair so online shopping is my go too. There is just no customer service, you can phone, email, whatsapp, beg they just take forever if they do respond. ive worked out a system where l check before placing my schedule delivery to make sure all items are in stock, trust me that does not help. I sure hope they realise there mistakes and find answers soon, may be they just dont care if they loose clients. In the end l know my local petshop would be in heaven if l order from them, at least l know they will answer there phone and not keeo me on hold for an hour and a half.
