Horrible after sales service

I have been using Pethaven to deliver my dog food for a while and they were good, until I encountered an issue.

I order a standard monthly delivery of adult large breed dog food and it was being delivered with no issue. Until they delivered a puppy food in their last delivery. I emailed them and advised that the wrong item was delivered, they rep**** saying they will correct it and two weeks later, they have not delivered the correct item and they are not responding to me. Caitlin from their customer service said it will be rectified, but still nothing/

I am extremely disappointed as I paid for the incorrect food, had to go out and buy new food at a higher price, so I am out of pocket and they don’t care.
