Good prices, great service and friendly customer support during lockdown

I used Petheaven to order toys and food for my large doggo during lockdown. I had a couple of questions before my purchase. Their customer support was always quick to send friendly, helpful replies. Tarien is a great communicator and I felt valued as a customer throughout the transaction. I also experienced a technical glitch on the site when processing my cart, which was very promptly resolved when I queried it. One of the items I wanted was difficult to get hold of due to lockdown having affected their stock, but Tarien phoned me and offered to look for an alternative item and to keep me updated. They managed to ship the item I initially wanted within the same week.

They offer a slight saving on dog food when you choose to have it delivered at recurring intervals, which is not only convenient but financially very helpful (especially with a large dog like mine!)

I love how easy it is to track the delivery status of my order from their site. They keep the delivery status accurately updated.

I was impressed with their service during this difficult lockdown time, and will continue to buy from them in the future.
