False Advertising

In general they are ok. Good selection and good pricing. At the end of August 2023, they are engaging in false advertising are not responsive to questions about it. Their website clearly states that orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping to rural areas. However, when you enter an order for over R1000, the website adds shipping. I raised the issue with the company - they stated their delivery policy has changed and they now charge for these deliveries, despite the fact their website states the deliveries are free. I challenged them on this and got no response so far. It's false and misleading and it's *******.
