Don't buy at this place!

I will never buy at this place again!!! ! I ordered a 9kg Eukanuba dog food and never received it. I talked to a Candice to assist me with this matter and every time she told me that she will come back to me. This went on for more than a week. No response, no service. Don't buy at this place, you will waste your money and time!!!!
