Absolutely ZERO customer service. Order an item that is nothing like the one ontl the website. False advertising as it was supposed to be stuffed with silvervine for my cat, instead its stuffed with plastic to make noise.

Asked a WEEK ago for a refund, multiple emails and whatsapps and nobody even bothered to respond to any of them.
