Disappointing service

I ordered my dog's food on the 25th November and date of delivery was by 29 November. I followed up on the 30th because I was not notified of any delayes, I was advised the courier company (Courier It) would deliver by Monday 4th December. I followed up again and never got a response. Today is the 6th and my dog still doesn't have food.
