Delayed Order

Royal Cannin has a shortage of food. When I placed my order I was not made aware of this issue and was still told that my order will be delivered Wednesday. I banked on this as we are going away tonight (Thursday) will still no order recieved. When I track it online it says that it has not even been packed. When contact pet heaven, they advised that it will be done today (Thursday) but no delivery and there is frankly nothing that can be done. They have only now changed their systems so you cannot place orders on the Royal Cannin. If this was done proactively, I would have not placed my order and used my voucher!
