BEWARE PET HEAVEN

My delivery of dry dog chunks was always damaged and with content 1-2kg product loss. After 1st complaint PH apologized & it happened the 2nd time where they promised to box the dog food to prevent damage. But it happened the 3rd time aswell, damaged product with product loss. I've lost out significantly over the 3 deliveries & PH only wants to reimburse with R100 in pet points. This does not even cover for the product loss & inconvenient caused & works in their favor as the R100 pet point only guarantees another purchase from PH. Be careful guys, they are only concerned about the sale, the after care service is bad & the care of delivery is terrible. Do not take a chance if you are in for disappointment.
