Bad support

Good day Please do not use Pet Heaven for your pet food. I received a bag of dog food this month which I had to sent back due to bag damaged. They received it back from couriers but I have not received a new bag of food or refund. (R1520) I can not get hold of them. Emailed, phoned, Facebook messaged, IG messaged, WhatsApp NO RESPONSE.
