Bad delivery practice of Pet Heaven

I make use of Pet Heaven to deliver 4 x 40 kg bags of dogfood monthly at my residential address. It happened now more often that delivery is delayed causing serious problems feeding my dogs. I cancelled appointments to be home in order to honor the delivery date , but it comes and goes with the result that there is no food and 8 hungry dogs. I tried moving my repeat order earlier in the month but it just get worse. It is the 8th day after ordering and delivery day show 10 th August. I am going to buy food now from Pet Zone and wait to see when the food from Pet Heaven arrive. With disappointment Karolien Euvrard
