Awesome service, and worth supporting

I've been with Petheaven since lockdown happened and they've been quite a lifesaver. My order is on a scheduled delivery which I can adjust up or down as needed. The price for items is exactly the same (or even lower at times) versus my local pet store. Because my order is at roughly R1000 each time, I pay absolutely nothing for delivery. Yes, from time to time there's an item not in stock but this is caught by the petheaven team and notified when if it happens. Over the last two years or so I've had a few minor issues but they've been dealt with properly. The instances of non-availability of items has become less and less and when it does happen, its good to know they're on top of the problem. This is a business that's maturing and improving and I'm happy to support this small business. To my mind, its an awesome service if you're a pet owner and if you live in an area they cover
