Petheaven in general is very good and convenient. Items I would improve: - Connect with a longer-term payment platform, like FLOAT or PayJustNow - Expand the range of products to include second hand.

In the past, the scheduling of deliveries wasn't great, and the point system is confusing, too many rules associated with that.
