Unreliable and Pathetic excuse for customer service

<p> ISPOT is said to be an excellent wireless internet service provider, i caution anyone with ANY good sense to NEVER use them or refer them. They supply me at 3 different locations, and i constantly have no connection. Their customer service manner and promptness is disgusting. they either dont answer their phones or give me the run about, whilst my business suffers. Today i had taken a drive to visit them face to face to address my issues, only to find out the address they advertise is incorrect and when i called to get the correct details they blatantly refused to give me the correct details. </p> <p>I am beyond the point of frustrated now and will have to resort to reporting them to the consumer watch!</p>
