Terrible internet provider

From the time I signed up with ispot I have had endless problems with their service the speed is pathetic. I've called them and the service is just as terrible. Walk in just as bad. I've sms them last mo th no response sms now and they rep**** saying the wifi is working. However no app are opening not even YouTube. Very terrible provider.
