Terrible connection, no customer service

<p>For the past few months, our internet connection goes off once every now and again, but since October our internet goes off at least once a day, sometimes from evening until morning. When it is not off, our 4mb line is decreased to under 1mb. We cant even watch a youtube video anymore. We have smsed technical support every time this happens, but we have had no response. We called iSpot and a lady told us Technica support would get back to us. That was a few days ago and still nothing. We run a business from home so this is unacceptable. We have given iSpot over a month now for someone to help us and we have had no support.</p>
