Slow Internet speeds and Shocking customer service.

Hi would just like to tell everyone not to support ISPOT...They are a wireless isp and their connection is absolutely horrific!i am currently paying for a 8mbps line but get nowhere near that whether it is day or night i get roughly1mbps download and 3mbps upload.When i log a ticket with a Technician nobody even contacts you back....i get disconnected and go offline 2 to 3 times everyday!!!!Do not support these guys you will regret it.I will be finding myself new ISP ASAP.Pathetic Company
