Poor service and customer feedback

<p>After speaking to friends I decided to give I-Spot(company offering internet packages)a call with regards to an installation of a Wi-Fi setup from my home as I am having endless problems with my home internet I have with Telkom and I'm thinking of changing asap. I did call through and spoke to a woman from sales stating that I would really be interested in taking a package and she stated that she will get the message to their technicians and someone would call me within a week,however that has not happened and today is exactly 2 weeks and nothing has been done. Upon visiting their website,their website has an option offering the public to a free signal test. I also did fill that in about 2 weeks ago and have not heard from anyone since. Very disappointing </p>
