Poor customer service.

I received a sms this morning stating a technician will be out to see me. 5min after the sms, the tec calls me to say he is on the way, so I make myself available for him. He stated he will be at my place in 30min. After 40min,he calls me to say he is outside. I checked, nobody is present, I called him and he says he is on the way. He has me standing outside for 45min,and insists he is on the road when clearly he isn't. I called him multiple times and he lies he is on the road but he is not. Then he calls me again, says it's not his fault, he didn't wrote down details. So how does this company operate? Do they send out any Tom, **** n Harry onto our premises who doesn't know hiss ass from his elbows... Pathetic service.
