Service is as "****" as their product and reputation

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I have purchased an item from this company,</p> <p>their service intervals was on time (2-3weeks) from date of payment - (It wasnt great but FAIR).</p> <p>However the product itself only lasted two weeks & then started falling apart. </p> <p>i did contact the company Mr Brice who doesnt bother responding - even though i didnt ask for a REFUND or an EXCHANGE - infact i wanted to place an order for a Bracelet to attach to the product - but thats where my "SERVICE" evaluation comes in - and the rating is -5. </p> <p>Mr Brice even gave me his personal number incase any queries or we cant reach him (if hes away on business etc) but funny enough the number he gave us - belongs to someone else....</p> <p>as for the business mobile line in which we placed our order - no response....</p> <p>Yes the product we purchased wasnt GENUINE - BUT the Product Quality is assured to be of HIGH END MATERIAL. - to be honest - it isnt. its not as good nor is their services.</p> <p>Many thanks</p>
