Non existant Perfect Watches!

I ordered a watch online in May 2017 and made payment for watch and delivery. After a month or so I was asked to be patient as it would take a while to deliver. Then in NOVEMBER 2017, I received an apology for the delay and was told the company would give me a token of R1000 as an apology while I continued to wait for the watch. Neither watch or R1000 has ever been delivered. Infact I didn't even want the R1000 all I wanted was he watch. I see that they still advertise their watches including sending adverts to MY inbox!
