empty promises , no delivery of order

I have played nice with perfect watches from June 2017 till now. This end here. Nor Brice or Jono gives a fly about a customer. I get e mails like , let me check , will get back to you...and then quiet. Rest of the time you are just ignored. I paid R 2960 for a watch I did not receive. I need this sorted and my product delivered asap.
