Incredible (and patient!) long-distance technical support

WOW! Technical support over video call = A+++++ Ronald Chibi patiently helped us troubleshoot why our machine wasn't working, identified the faulty piece, showed us how to replace it, and confirmed that we had everything set up and working again. Beyond that, he was patient with the back-and-forth of my Portuguese translation with our operator. We are based in Mozambique and I was worried that we'd need to send our machine 2000km for repair, with huge hassle and expense. This was the best possible resolution!
