We truly appreciate the the time, effort, patience and kindness she showed us through the whole situation we had with our sublimation printing. It is not every day that you come across someone who is genuinely willing to go the extra mile to help others, and we are incredibly grateful that we had the opportunity to experience that from her. SK was helpful with my request
SK helped me a great deal with the latest machine I purchased. He also helped with a few more extra requests I had and I'm happy about it. Mine was a special request and it didn't take the amount of time I had expected but I'm glad it all worked out at the end

I love the after purchase service. SK is always helpful and going the extra mile. He helped me remotely while my laptop was giving me problem. He was able to get everything fixed and got my machine going in very little time. He's a great sales person as well- always ready to go the extra mile.

Sales and after sale service
We purchased a fibre laser from them. From the moment we entered their store in Montague Gardens Chavelle and Alistair looked after us well. They found out what we needed and didn't just try and sell us all sorts of unnecessary stuff. We said what we wanted to do and they demonstrated and sold us the correct machine. When we had issues the techs took over and helped us. Matthew and Sive were superb and when they were not in a position to help they got us a tech (Sean) from a different province to help us online which he did. I have never before delt with a company that has given us the service that these people have. I would recommend these amazing people anytime. Brian Carrington
