Great Service from Tech Support - Rob

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rob(Robert) from support. I purchased a new laptop & transferred all my files & data from the old to the new laptop. Then had an issue with my Corallaser that just would not open & kept giving errors. Phoned Perfect Laser a few times & spoke to 3 different tech support guys that was not able to help me or give me answers as what it could be - one referring me to the next... Eventually after hours & still not working I gave Perfect Laser another call & was transferred to Rob! This gent went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! He logged in via Ultra Viewer tried a few things. Phoned me back 5 times during the day trying to get the issue resolved. Just before 17:00 he phoned again and logged onto ultra viewer did changes again & got the problem resolved!! Not once lost his patience or the helpful manner in which he assisted me the entire day till just before 18:00. Rob thank you for your help & willingness to assist and to get the issue resolved and not just passing it on to the next person. I REALLY APPRECIATE your help & the service received from you.
