I visited the offices in Montague Gardens and would like to say a special thank you to Alastair. So many times, you purchase an item from a company and that is where things end, including customer service but with this gentleman it completely the opposite, because after the sale, he followed up on the issued I had and went the extra mile trying to resolve the matter. He even told me after i bought the item that they offer free on a Saturday and that I am welcome to comer for the classes. A real service ambassador to the company, Well done.
