Best customer service team!

I've said it before and I will say it again... Perfect Laser Mega Store in Jhb has got the best staff. My 6040 laser did not want to work. Machine came on but the laser point did not move to engrave or cut. The 1st person to try and assist me over the phone with troubleshooting, was Larry. While I was getting frustrated, he kept calm and tried his utmost best to troubleshoot anything and everything he could possibly think of. The problem could not be found. So, in steps Sophy, with a quote to get a technician to come and have a look on site. I was running out of time to complete an order and a mobile technician would not be available for 2 days. Sophy suggested bringing my machine to them so the technician there, can have a look at it. So off we went the following day. Secured the laser in my vehicle and drove through to Jhb. At the Mega Store we were greeted with a friendly and smiling Sophy. Here she introduced to Ronald, the in store technician. What a lovely young man. He made quick work to find the problem and fix it. In the process of trying to find the problem, the laser got a mini service. Mirrors and lenses cleaned, laser point adjustment and even the work bed got some lubricant to ease movement. Was pleasantly surprised that even SK remembered me from 2 years ago when I bought my awesome laser. I can not express my gratitude enough for this amazing team. Kind, sympathetic and just overall helpful. They want their clients to succeed, therefore, they jump in and get it done. Keep it up, Perfect Laser Mega Store, Jhb. You guys (and lady) really know how to give great customer service.
