Amazing service from Ronald at the technical desk

I had an amazing support call with Ronald. He helped me for over 2 hours to fix a programming issue with windows 10. He remotely accessed the computer and helped to set up coral draw and coral laser. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed a system with many issues and it now works perfectly.
