Disappointing service and non-delivery – Perfect DIY Cupboards

I am sharing my experience with Perfect DIY Cupboards so others can make an informed decision.

• 01 December 2025 – I approved the kitchen plans and made full payment. Delivery date was confirmed for 23 December 2025 (with a possibility of earlier delivery mentioned).

• 11 December 2025 – I contacted Perfect DIY Cupboards to reconfirm delivery for the 23rd. No clear confirmation was given.

• 13 December 2025 – Based on this confirmation, I completely dismantled my kitchen to prepare. Plumbing, plastering, tiling and painting were all completed to ensure a smooth installation.

• 23 December 2025 – I messaged and called to confirm delivery time. No calls answered. No response. No delivery.

• 24 December 2025 – I tried contacting them again using a different number. Still no response.

• 28 December 2025 – I finally received a reply saying they would only reopen on 5 January, completely ignoring the impact this had already caused.

• 5 January 2026 – Brandon stated a machine had broken and would be fixed by 8 January. Again, no proactive communication.

• 12 January 2026 – I followed up and was given the same excuse, contradicting the earlier date. I requested a refund and shared my banking details.

No response.

• I later visited their premises in person. The machine was supposedly fixed, yet they still could not provide a delivery date. I was told repeatedly that I would “never get a refund”, which was communicated in a dismissive and arrogant manner.

• 14 January 2026 – No communication.

• A friend contacted them on my behalf. Steven assured delivery would take place on 21 or 23 January. Nothing happened. No follow-up. No delivery. As of today, I have been without a kitchen for over a month, despite paying in full and doing everything required on my side.

This experience has been extremely stressful and unacceptable due to: – Non-delivery – Lack of communication – Broken promises – Refusal to refund – Unprofessional conduct

I strongly urge Perfect DIY Cupboards for a refund.
