Unresolved customer complaint regarding fleet accident

My vehicle was involved in a collision with a PepsiCo distribution fleet vehicle that was being operated by an unlicensed driver. Despite logging a formal customer complaint under reference *** and being assisted my Mogamat Lakay, the company has failed to resolve the issue, repair the damages, or provide reasonable feedback despite countless follow-ups. It is deeply concerning that a global corporate entity allows unauthorized or unlicensed personnel to operate its logistics fleet, endangering public safety and causing third-party damages without taking responsibility. The complete failure to communicate or take ownership of this matter is unacceptable. Extremely poor accountability, dangerous fleet management, and zero customer care.
