Great Customer Service

I purchased a 500ml Pepsi which failed to open. After stripping the ripples on the cap and almost breaking the neck off in a vice grip, the cap just wouldn't come off.

I called Pepsi's customer service which took the batch numbers and apologized.

To my surprise I received a voucher from Pepsi for any 2 of their 2L products only 3 days after submitting the vault.

What an amazing customer Service experience.
