Excellent Service - Service beyond expectation! Abdul Jappie
This is the second time I am booking with Abdul Jappie, the most amazing travel agent which is a great asset to Pentravel. The first booking was to Mauritius and he just knocked our socks off with his service that went beyond expectation. He constantly checked in on the day of us travelling and kept on checking in with us until we arrived at our destination. He also checked in a couple of days after which just added more value than what Pentravel as an institution could offer. It was a milestone celebration which was well planned by Abdul. He created such a good trust relationship, that we used him again to book another trip to Thailand. He is always knowledgeable and give good input / advice when doing the booking. I commend Abdul's work ethos and highly recommend using him to book your travel no matter where you are going, He is your guy! He will go beyond and make any trip memorable!!! Pentravel, you made an excellent choice to appoint him!

Disappointing experience
Quite disappointed. I've used Pentravel years before but the experience I got this year trying to book a Vietnam and Bali trip for next year was awful. It's been a month and still waiting for Heather Hall to send the quotes as promised after following up. It's actually better that I got ignored and she left me hanging waiting for the quotes before I had paid any money, but have to see I'm really disappointed. I've received 3 other quotes from other agencies while still waiting for Heather to get back to me, very unprofessional and disappointing.

Disappointing experience

She even runs with queries with the country that you are traveling to. A very exceptional human being. I dealt with her on two different travels and she arranged each one with such expertise.
