The service is appalling there, it's pathetic
The service is appalling there, it's pathetic. I arrived at 6:45 in the morning as an unbooked patient. They first took the patients who had booked appointments which is fine. The booked patients were less than 20 and later on they came out and took 7 from the unbooked patients. We waited outside until 12. They came out again and took another 7 and I was one of them. They only did our vitals and we were given letters to come back in the next two days. How do you spend the whole day at the Clinic only to be sent home again? You already took time off work but you are sent back home without being assisted and on top of that you are expected to go back to be subjected to the same situation. Something needs to be done, relevant authorities need to do something about that Clinic,this is not on!!!

Poor service
I called them for days on end they don’t answer the phone or it says busy or either just rings We they sent me to an other hospital I struggled they didn’t give me a clinic card they said they’ll just help me there and put in the maternity record book that they referring I struggled because I couldn’t put a card in the box at the other hospital They only take two booking how many people do you think is pregnant only two per week? Ridiculous and poor service to the community no communication skills Good health is our right but being treated like a burned when you seek it is not right that’s why there are so many people dying of illnesses because they can’t assist them with care I didn’t say anything at the hospital because they’d just be dismissive anyway I was there a year ago as well they actually mixed up someone’s urine sample and said the young girl was pregnant and she was not that girl was innocent for them to put her and her mother thru that stress is not right
