Wrong sauce

I bought rice at Pedros Paul Kruger street in Pretoria I am a regular customer that store cos I stay just around the corner 😔😔😔😔 I usually buy mild even the chicken my flavor it's either mild or bbq and yesterday they did me dirty put hot sauce instead ok I went home as. It was a take away then I could sense that this is not a usual test so I took it back and honestly the lady called Nandipha was very sweet and understanding she didn't hesitate however the staff at the back couldn't accept their mistake they kept on saying that mild is spicy but that wasn't spicy but hot cos I know what I always buy so I just took it and leave because I never wanted to argue with them and I even asked them to test it but they just said no it's I am not happy honestly last week I bought a full chicken that was not grilled but boiled and had a bit of fire here and there I didn't complain but as for yesterday I was ****ed I couldn't show it because Nandipha the cashier was sweet and accommodating ......
