Wrong Order Repeatedly & Refused Refund – Unacceptable Service

This is not the first time I’ve received an incorrect order from Petros [branch name]. On my most recent visit, I ordered a mild meal due to a medical condition and was given a spicy meal instead.

I provided proof of payment and a photo of the incorrect meal, yet the store refused a refund or replacement, insisting I should have returned the same day with the food. This was unreasonable — I work far from the store, my lunch break had ended, and returning would have meant extra time, petrol, and inconvenience for an error that was not mine.

There was no accountability, no empathy, and no attempt to resolve the issue. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and customers should be aware that once you leave the store, they appear unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes.
