WRONG ORDER AND RUDE STAFF
Huge letdown at Pedro's Durban CBD, Broadwalk! Staff let me down with appalling service. Ordered food, clearly communicated my ticket number, but received incorrect order. When I pointed it out, I was met with rudeness and refusal to correct the mistake. Not a great reflection on your brand. #Pedro's #DurbanCBD #BadExperience #PoorCustomerService
