Wrong orde

I am extremely upset with the service at Pedro’s Chicken.

After a long day at work, I went there for a simple meal. I waited over 20 minutes. That is already poor service. When my order was ready, I trusted your staff and left without checking.

I ordered a Loaded Paella. Instead, I was given plain rice with chicken strips. To make it worse, the order was labeled “special request” when I did not request anything like that.

I got home after 21h00, opened the food, and found it was completely wrong. I ended up eating it because I had no other option, but this is not acceptable.

This is not the first time you have gotten my order wrong. It shows a serious lack of care and attention to detail.

I expect a refund or compensation. If your store was nearby, I would have returned the meal immediately instead of being stuck with the wrong order.
