Worst service ever

Last week Friday I visited Pedro's outlet in wonderpark with the aim of enjoying their delicious checken but my experience was ruined by a very bad service. We waited for almost an hour before we got our order but was was really frustrating was that customers who came after us got their orders first. When I enquired I was told that my order has disappeared from their screen so they're attending to customers they can see. After a long wait I realised that our order was captured incorrectly, I requested that our full chicken be cut into 8 pieces since we were eating in. Well they decided to cut it in two halves and I humbly requested the lady that was cleaning tables if it's possible to have it cut for us since the pieces were huge, they could barely fit in the plate. She then decided to call her manager/supervisor by the name of Brenda. The lady was so rude and unprofessional, she just looked at the slip and told me that it got what I ordered so what, and she said it with an attitude. Her gestures and body language left less to be desired, until the guy by the name of Lizwe came and intervened seeing that the situation was escalating as I wasn't taking none of the disrespect I was getting from Brenda. He handled my situation like a professional he is. My concern is, if you put people like her in management position without proper training or having no knowledge of customer service they will ruin this wonderful establishment. How will she encourage her subordinates to do better if she's such a mess herself. She needs to lead by example. Can't bring myself to visiting that branch any time soon.
