WORST SERVICE EVER!

I placed an order with Pedros Chicken - Woodmead branch, order number: ***5, i collected the order only to find one of the 1/4 chicken pieces i had requested to be cut into 2 pieces was missing the other half and there was only one portion inside. I called only to be given a number where i must send a picture because the Manager can't come to the phone, the number DOESN'T have whatsapp, when I call it takes me straight to voicemail. I called back AGAIN and the Manager couldn't be bothered to come to the phone AGAIN, left my number and I'm STILL waiting for the Manager to call me back. I then get a whatsapp message from a different number, i laid my complain message was ready but no response, i waited for an hour still nothing until i went back to follow up. The issue is still NOT resolved, I still DON'T have an answer, thee worst service ever, to think we always order our platters there for our company functions! They have no respect for their customers, not once did they even apologise nor try to assist!
