Worst service ever a d lies in customers faces

Myself and my wife as loyal Pedro's buyers were very very disappointed today with the cashier and manager a both ladies that was on duty 😔 I have ordered a quarter chicken and chips and my wife wanted strips and chips and I gave the wrong name and when I realised I gave the wrong name I asked them to change it this is when I was told they cannot change by the cashier and manager that was called who were also very unprofessional when called she already came along and said she heard everything and the cashier is right, so I asked politely how can they tell me they cannot change the order and I haven't paid yet, the answer was that the order is through to the guys that makes the food already I said how can that be the case does Pedro's make food without taking a payment the ladies did not even deny it and said yes and I find that very hard to believe I'd this is the kind of service that gets taught to them from whoever you are doomed, I told them to cancel the order and as far as I am concerned i feel like never coming back to Pedro's again with the filthy attitude I received and lies I received today at about to 5.
