Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!

I always buy my lunch at Pedro's East Rand mall their service is the worst it's either they get my order wrong or they always prioritise Mr d or Uber eats deliveries to hell with everyone sitting there for their order! Right now I waited for 40min just for chips and chicken,their their customer service is the worst!!!never going back there!!!
