Worst service at Pedros Bloed pta

If there was a zero star rating I would give it. I had the worst experience with Pedros Bloed str. Branch in Pretoria. I ordered online and after something more than an hour they delivered food with few items changed out and one omitted. They changed our drinks and sides (without informing me). I have ulcer I tend to avoid coke and chakalaka, but the store made all this decisions for me. They even forgot to pack my other side (rice) which they didn't have and didn't bother to inform me about. When I called to complain they said they can't help because there is no driver and there is nothing they can do. They even ignored my plead for a refund. I had to go to another restaurant so we could eat because we had water cuts. They really disrespect our hard earned money. The delivery driver was even peeing on the tree in front of our gate, when we went to get our food. This is the worst service I have ever seen.
