Worst service

I placed an order and payed online on Pedros Bayview only to be told and hour later when I called that the drivers are not willing to pick up my order. I spoke to a lady and she advised I was gonna be refunded. She called several minutes later requesting that I collect and I advised that won’t be possible which she then concluded I’ll be refunded within 24 hours.

Ticket no. 12496 Was logged and then I was told to forward proof of payment which I did and ticket was closed since then I haven’t received my refund. I’m very disappointed with Pedros
