Worst Pedro's in Cape Town

I am disgusted in the service recieved at Pedro's Zevenwacht. I am a regular customer at Pedro's and this is the 4nd time I'm encountering a issue with Zevenwacht branch. Last night I bought a Slaw Wrap meal and upsized my cooldrink to the 500ml buddy and R58.90 at Pedro's Grassy park. Today I came to buy the same meal at Zevenwacht and that can't upsize my meal. I had this issue previously with the same branch. Do they not value customers. I eat atleast once ever week at this branch yet they cannot assist me. I'm sorry to say but iv never recieved such bad service and I think I'd rather support a different Franchise where they value customers. Unlike Pedro's. They want me to take the slaw wrap and chips and then buy a Buddy 500ml and pay more. This is a *******. Please train your staff and managers to be more friendly towards customers Because there attitude stinks. This made me take a meal I didn't even want.
