Worst experience with Pedros

just like that... the worst food experience I have ever came through in my whole life..

So I go Pedros restaurant(Daveyton Mall Branch), I get there and order my favorite meal and I waited.. as I waited, I went to the dinning area to sit and wait for my order, at that time no one other than me and two cleaners around me.

Just after they called my order out, I went to get it and went back to the dinning area, I then started eating my food, few minutes later; there comes one of the ladies who was cleaning the time I was waiting for my order, she tells me I must pack my food and leave immediately as they don't allow anyone to eat in at that time.

I literally went nuts and wondered how does one gets chased out in the middle of eating.. I was literally half way to the end when she told me that bull.. so no I ask her to call the manager cos I don't understand how one can be chased out in the middle of their meal eating..

She went and came back with the manager,the manager confirmed the same bull.. I then asked what was I supposed to do as I had already started eating and halfway to the end already, she still made me pack my food and chased me out.. she even was more than keen to get the securities to chase me out, which she did..

I am literally in disbelief as I am writing this review.. I have never been humiliated to this point ever before, not in any restaurant, formal or informal.. I literally ended up packing what was left and went outside.

I am writing this letter because I don't want those people to get fired, but to really fix their mistakes to every other client that comes through thereafter, let them not have the same experience I had, it's not pleasant at all..

Imagine being chased out of the restaurant before you even get done eating..well yes I had to today.. that was a first and hopefully the last.. I am really praying this will be a learning curve to teach ourselves a better and more valuable way to treat someone who is paying for their service 'cos damn.. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there for food... not because they make ugly food, but entirely because of the service you get..

I also wonder how was the screening check for that manager to be given that position, I am dead sure that judging from the 1st word she uttered by her mouth she doesn't have approach, patience & people skill.. let alone listening and understand the client.. so I really was humiliated and still feel I was never given valuable customer service for money..
