Worst experience on my record

Pedro's Rustenburg Town. Worst service in my entire life. Placed a large order just before 10 in the morning, agreement was that I will collect at 3, got there at past 3 they said I said 4. I said fine I will be back at 4. Got there at 4, practically had to fight to be attended, asked to see the manager he refused to come out, staff was now rude to me as I was complaining and the shop was full to the brim with customers complaining about their orders taking decades to come out. I don't like to complain but I was beyond myself, I didn't recognize myself at all. That manager (T-man), shocked me for the rest of my life.
