Worst experience ever!

I placed an order at 17:30 and only received my food at 19:00. I stay literally 5 minutes away from the branch. When I called at 18:15 they last said the driver left 5 minutes ago. I called 3 times and it was the same response. Driver only showed up at my house at 19:00. When I asked him why so long it took. He said the restaurant only called him at 18:30, so how at 18:15 the driver would have already left. The food was in a very bad state. I ordered hot with extra basting the food was mild and looked boiled, asked for it to be cut into 4 it was cut into 8, did not look appetizing at all. The chips were extremely hard, there was no butter or serviettes included. Worst experience ever. This was at the phoenix Plaza branch.
