Worst customer service ever!!!!!!

I am writing this review with a very sad and disappointed heart and face, I mean I enjoy going to pedros chicken, weather alone, with friends or family because I mean the food is marvelous, but today I am so disappointed and feel disrespected me and my friend, so we just experienced the worst possible service EVER!!! I mean the waiter was sooo rude, we had to ask for everything, she kept saying it's against their procedure, she must ask the manager first, from sauces, to butter, to ice, to take away bags, I ever bought the take away bag, she kept telling us that she told us that we wouldn't finish our meal, so we must ask her nice for the take away bag or we can go buy it, I asked to talk to her manager, she said why, I only got the names, Christina and that, I've never met someone so rude in my life, I don't see myself ever going there, with my friends or family, and I will make sure I tell my closest friends, associates and family to refrain from ever going there, when I say there I am referring to pedros flame grilled chicken, situated at Chris Hani Mall, Vosloorus.
